"Medium to deep. dark ruby-red color. Aromas are of ripe, redberries & plum overlaid by cedary spice hints. Excellent freshness ensures flavours are of well-defined, juicy red-plums. Balanced alcohol adds a little weight to the palate. The fine structure is quite firm & smooth - chalky notes follow through to the finish.
